SoRadar uses at least the same files as the Valve radars, so you can simply replace existing files. If you are already using a custom radar, please follow step 3.
Unfortunately not, when a map is updated you must return to the site and download the desired new radar. Then you just have to follow the instructions above.

All PSDs are built in the same way, it is composed of a folder `1. Map Layers` in which are the different layers that make up the radar.
For each sub-folder, you will find different layers in the following order:
The PCD, is provided as a .7 version. The file also has the "SoRadar" colorization.
Also, a low-resolution example of a PCD can be found on the homepage of the site.
To preview the rendering of a PCD file:
This file automatically configures CS: GO to generate a radar in the original way. the different binds allow you to position yourself correctly to the different layers that compose the radar.
The file must be placed in \Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg\.
To execute the file, once the desired map has been launched, type the following command in the console: exec soradar-MAPNAME.cfg.
SoRadar has an online tool allowing you to best configure your ingame radar, even if you use the official radar of the game.
Just go to the configurator page and follow the instructions.
